– Năm 1997: Tác dụng làm đẹp của gel CO2 được phát hiện bởi bác sĩ da liễu, Tiến sĩ Masato Hiki. Sau một thời gian nghiên cứu, Mặt nạ gel CO2 đầu tiên trên thế giới ra đời và nhận được bằng sáng chế quốc tế (Nhật Bản, Trung Quốc, Mỹ, Úc, Hàn Quốc, Canada và EU)
